Annual Reviews

We offer an annual review to clients once a year

When you join our team as a client we will contact you annually with an offer to review your overall financial and personal situation. These reviews give us an opportunity to catch up with you, reassess your goals and current situation and ensure the strategies we have implemented continue to work towards meeting your objectives.

These annual reviews are not compulsory, however we strongly recommend you take advantage of the offer to let us know about new changes in your life or to your future objectives.

We stagger the review offers over the entire calendar year so that we can ensure we are able to meet with all our clients.

Responding to a review offer

To indicate your response to one of our review offers, please choose one of the following methods:

  • Call us on 07 4054 9400.
  • Complete our online email enquiry form (this will allow you to accept or decline the offer, you can indicate your choice in the message area).
  • Download, print and complete an opt out form.

If you decline (or opt out of) a review offer

If you choose to decline (or opt out of) a review, you can elect to do so for the current year, or for all future years.

  • If you opt out of the current year we will contact you again the next year with another review offer.  (Please note, if you opt out of your review three years in a row we will not offer you another review until you contact us).
  • If you opt out of all future years we will not offer you another review again until you request one.

Once you accept a review offer

Once you accept our review offer we will send out (via your choice of mail or email) a client questionnaire.  The questionnaire is a tool for us to gather details about your current situation including contact details, employment arrangements, income, assets, liablities and your goals and objectives.  We will complete as much of the questionnaire as we are able to with the information we have on file.  We welcome you to call or email with any queries you have whilst completing the questionnaire.

We will make an appointment with you when we receive your completed client questionnaire.  Depending on your location this appointment might be at our office, at your home (or work place) or over the phone.  One of our advisers will discuss with you the information provided in your questionnaire and determine what changes we need to make to your existing strategy.

The advisers recommendations will be documented in an advice document and presented to you.  We will then implement the recommendations you agree to.

Cost of the review

There is a cost for all services and advice offered by our team.  Depending on your current ongoing service ageement (previously referred to as a review service agreement) the cost of your review may already have been covered.  We will confirm the cost of the review with you via a 'letter of engagement' before we commence work on your advice document.
